New clients are required to fill out a consultation card on arrival. This allows our qualified therapists to identify your individual needs and requirements, and ensures the delivery of the perfect treatment and experience for you.
We gladly accept cash, all major credit cards and internet online payments/EFTs.
We understand that sometimes clients need to change or adjust their appointments. We do however request that clients endeavor to provide us with at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. This will assist us in rescheduling and refilling your appointment.
